P-17 Tower

The P-17 Tower (frequently referred to as the Tasameem Tower) was an incredibly ambitious, visionary "supertall" skyscraper project masterminded by Tasameem Real Estate Co. LLC. Prominently planned for a highly strategic plot directly along the iconic Sheikh Zayed Road, situated right on the edge of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) neighborhood, the development was designed to reach a staggering height of 370 meters (approx. 77 to 80 storeys). With a strikingly slim 30-meter-wide profile and a gravity-defying, twisting glass-and-steel facade, it was intended to be a major architectural landmark.

Important Status Update: Despite initial construction activities beginning around 2013 with a projected handover for 2019, the P-17 Tower project faced significant delays and was ultimately cancelled in its original form. A new development, the Nebula Tower, has recently been launched on the exact same plot. Therefore, there are no units available for sale or rent associated with the P-17 project.

The original master plan for P-17 was a highly sophisticated mixed-use concept. It was designed to seamlessly integrate 17 floors of premium commercial office space, a luxurious 26-floor five-star hotel, serviced apartments, and high-end residential units on the uppermost floors.

The tower's design included an extraordinary array of planned amenities. The absolute crowning feature was an angled "Sky Atrium" cutting straight through the mid-building level (floors 25 to 31), intended to house the hotel lobby, fine-dining restaurants, and lounges offering spectacular sea views. The development also planned for a dedicated health club, a multi-storey retail podium, and an extensive 10-storey connected service building for parking.
