While the development held significant promise with a projected total value of approximately AED 116.8 Million, current official property research records and market data (as of 2026) indicate that the MAG 226 project is classified as cancelled or on-hold, and construction did not reach completion.

The architectural vision for MAG 226 was comprehensive and luxurious. The building was designed to host a premium collection of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The floor plans were notably generous, focusing on expansive living environments. Each planned unit was to feature large, airy living rooms, substantial master bedrooms, fully fitted expansive kitchens, dedicated storage rooms, and maid’s rooms. Where applicable, the apartments were designed with large balconies intended to provide sweeping views over the JVC community and the surrounding Dubai skyline. Given the project's cancelled status, there are no current, active market sales or rental prices associated with these units, though historical data suggested strong anticipated rental yields.

Had MAG 226 been realized, it would have provided residents with a comprehensive suite of high-end amenities tailored for health, wellness, and community engagement. Although MAG 226 did not come to fruition, its planned location in JVC District 12 remains one of Dubai's most desirable residential sectors. The area is celebrated for its lush greenery, community parks, and excellent connectivity to major highways like Al Khail Road. While MAG 226 is on hold, the MAG Group continues to successfully develop and deliver other major projects across Dubai, including the active MAG 330 tower and the completed MAG 22 townhouses in Meydan.
