Bahar 2 stands at 114 metres (27 to 34 floors), housing 106 apartments including studios, 2-bedroom (1,517 square feet), 3-bedroom (2,175 to 2,996 square feet), and 4-bedroom (3,006 square feet) configurations. Bahar 5 rises to 158 metres (41 to 48 floors), housing 155 apartments.
